I was going to add these to the previous post but it messed up what I typed and I got too frustrated haha :) So here it is. Just pictures throughout my ombre process. Hope you enjoy it! Ignore the lack of makeup.
I do not dress like this haha My designated highlighting shirt. Slides right off and doesn't mess up my foils when I get into the shower. |
Before: Just brown with some burgundy and a tad lighter on the ends. |
I section near my ear. Some people don't section. I find it to be easier and more organized. |
Diagonal partings prevent harsh lines. |
Well, this looks like a mess haha backcombing also helps prevent harsh lines. When hairdressers highlight, they leave out hair in between. This works the same way. |
I look like a freak but this is how it looks because you really shouldn't go too high if you want that ombre effect. |
What i swear by. |
I'll be adding more in about a month |
Not too subtle but not a huge graduation just yet. I like to do it in steps and condition my hair in between processes |
If you like this kind of post, let me know. I will do more like this when I do my hair. Most likely, I will be adding more blonde in a month or two but for now I didn't want it really blonde.
